Philcos yoke connector on that set was also used on the predicta and other sets. Years ago I came upon a junk Debutante without a tuner that I modified for AV input and sold. Knowing I had a TV-123 with that connector I robbed the yoke plug and socket off the junk Debutante (that junk Debutante got a standard octal connector in its place) and made a yoke extension cable...
Nothing needed to extend too far since the cabinet can act as it's own test jig if you slide the chassis mount board out far enough to get at what you need.
Mine is working well last time I plugged it in.
