I would suggest the upper left may
be affected by a stray magnetic field in the bell area of the CRT. It could be caused by a piece of magnetised metal strapping in that region.
The raster is deflected inward horizontally and vertically at the same time which should exonerate the deflection components.
You might try using a degaussing coil to see if it can remove the magnitism. A permanent magnet placed in the region should counteract the stray magnetic field.
