Trying to imagine/figure about it...
Definitively, is very difficult to estimate where the periodic interference are being injected. Things like already said here crosses my mind, and also about ground or reference tracks being (almost) cracked, almost invisibly, near opening (high resistance).
Or, most unlikely, but not impossible, the jungle IC with a strange internal fault.
