Been there and done that with a few cameras. No schematics, and just start adjusting the color back in. It can be huge rabbit hole to go down. My last one was a Panasonic PV-200D. I got it adjusted pretty good except for a bit of convergence issue on the top left corner which I'm assuming is capacitor related.

You also might try it without the IR cut filter. My Panasonic PK-755 had really bad clouded IR filter and I didn't have a replacement, so I thought I'd leave it out at least till I got a replacement and it isn't even noticable in indoor or outdoor light. The color is dead on.

There was a really nice RCA CC002 even with the original box a few months back on ebay. I wish I had got it when I had the chance.
