First check and see if you have 10 to 12 volts DC on the relay coil connections. Sams labels the relay RY101, diode D124 is across the coil. If the voltage is low, replace cap C124, it's a 470 at 25 volts. It's standing next to the tall, main power electrolytic on the board.
