When you press the image button, you will get a pop-up that will automatically place this text in you post if you enter the url of your imgur photo.
In order to get the link from imgur, you must right click on the photo in imgur and then click on "Open image in a new tab;" this will give you just the image url in a new browser tab. go to that tab and copy the url
