Hard to believe it's a Dumont chassis. And I highly doubt Chicago based Belmont used any Dumont chassis, as they were a predominant manufacture themselves. Possibly there's confusion because of the inductance tuners used, but I don't believe Dumont had any exclusive to that design as inductance tuners were used in many radio brands long before Dumont built televisions.
