About normal TV having incredible focus/spot size for the given size of phosphours, is possible to saturate the center of the ones, if I understand well, generating different color saturation.

I think the general problem is that you get moiré patterns if your spot size is too small for the slot mask. It seems to be less of an issue for aperture grills.
I've never read about the phosphor issues, but I reading that thread you linked it sounds like they are talking about old Zenith's, which were using different phosphors and such. It's also possible to mitigate color linearity issues by tweaking the components controlling the gain for individual colors, if not a bit tedious.

I tempted to make this with my Sony F99 chassis monitor (and it for sure will be benefited by), but the G2 in these are monitored and automatically controlled by the µcontroller and a AKB system, amplified by a HV low current transistor. It blanks the screen if one messes with the voltages too much.

Sounds about right. The later Sony CRT PC monitors are extremely complex. It makes me sad to think how incredible they used to be and what they are doing now. Basically just the PlayStation and their CCD fabs.
