Put on variac @95 VAC. Run 10 secs, unplug & feel the hoz out be sure its not getting hot. Try longer see if it stays cool.
If HV stays hang a meter on the main B+ ( 125 V ? cant read it) turn up variac slow.
If the B+ is in spec HVSD problem.
If it goes beyond the 125 its a regulator problem.
