Hi HelloVoltage,

Good job! on dismantling a CT-101 without breaking anything.

Breakage is usually at the top or bottom case corners and on the side panel where the controls are located.

The front assembly (painted black) appears to be metal and is seldom damaged.

The "make a case" suggestion was just an idea for a creative entrepreneur.
Even a simple, no-frills case would be better than seeing half the guts stick out from a damaged case.
Personally, i know nothing about 3D printing or resin molding,
