Left side of the screen is controlled by the damper circuit as recovered energy from the collapsing magnetic field fades away.
Right side is controlled by the horizontal output tube.
The cap in the yoke suppresses ringing.
Pretty sure C180 filters noise out of the DC bias horizontal centering control.
