I do not click on blind Youtube links, but it seems to be a video about Simpson 260 meters.
We had at least one at my first technician job repairing video displays, but my day-to-day meter there was a Beckman Tech 310 digital multimeter. I quickly got used to (and spoiled by) reading everything in digital terms, including "peaking analog adjustments" and watching capacitor-charge speeds and so on. I still use a bench version of that Beckman today.
Several years ago, I decided I "needed" a Simpson 260, and I found a Series AFP-1 locally in nice condition. It had a Burgess (I think) 15-volt battery from perhaps the 1970s still in it, and completely free of leakage too. I still want to set up a CR2032 stack where that 15V battery went.
