Circa 2015 I scanned one of the portacolor Sam's for a guy and he gave s copy to the ETF they had it for a while until Sam's started shaking their tree on copyright and they eventually took it down along with most post 1963 content (Sam's never renewed copyright on their pre-1963 content so its fair game to post publicly).... RCA roundy color TVs somehow escaped this purge unscathed.
I probably have a paper copy and probably could scan it tomorrow at work.
