Okay fixed AGC and 145V source issue is fixed. The 1.5M grid resistor drifted way up. The AGC is working as intended now, however I still have an issue with the best picture and the best sound not meeting at the same time. I performed a full alignment while this AGC problem was present, although I was not aware of it at the time. Going to do the alignment again and see what happens.
