After using the TV for while the set started developing some bad connection. While I was in there trying to find the bad connection I also checked the caps again. I found cap C211 was measuring at 489uf instead of 680uf with high esr and is right next to L202 as point of reference. Do to age of the TV I decide to just go ahead and replace capacitors that weren't on spec anymore. After putting the set back together and connecting everything back up well I got this. When you hit the power button the relay will click and TV will power up with high voltage. Out of speaker you get a loud buzz like volume is set to max. The volume control has no effect nor does the channel buttons do anything.The only button that responds is the power button as you can turn the set on and off. I didn't leave the set on very long but for the time it was I got no picture or on screen display but I only had the TV on for few seconds at a time.
