Okay, so I have replaced all the resistors for every piece of the horizontal circuit and the vertical circuit as well as the deflection dividers and focus divider. Picture quality, and size increased ever so slightly, but I still can’t fill the entire mask on the Tele tone. The width and height pots are not maxed out, but it gets to a certain point when the picture folds in on itself.
As HV increases, the beam requires more energy to deflect, I suppose these dividers are adding more of that energy to the deflection plates, but the allowable picture size does get smaller with more HV on this TV.
