I might take you or E-M up on that, depending on what I find when the " working " unit comes next week, if you have seen the pics on the thread i stared on Diagnostic & Test Equipment, the unit that was smoking, has a damaged yoke, arcing to the CRT dag, but did have a scanning tube.
