I hooked up SNES to AV input and after adjusting the screen and focus I was able to get a pretty good picture. Nothing like when it was new but a perfectly usable picture. On the Degaussing I think I found the problem as the thermistor is very lose I expect bad solder joints and while I have the TV apart I'm going to change any capacitors that are bad especially the ones were heat source are. If I'm having problems with the tuner I expect they would be on the tuner module . Here is video
