It's a stand-alone - just hook up a FM antenna - but where's the speaker? Output transformer is probably mounted to the speaker... Tubes are pretty common. I would run it up with a variac or a light bulb in series just in case... adding a fuse is a REAL good idea too. Caps are more likely to be bad than the tubes.
