Yeah.. Hehe - those Micamold caps are just good ol' paper caps in sheep's clothing... er.. mica clothing. Actual mica capacitors are pretty reliable and don't normally need replacing unless they've actually failed. MicaMold caps are, despite the name, not mica. They're just paper caps in a misleading, molded casing.

Good luck with your recapping! Be sure to post some pictures of your progress too. We'd love to see how he's coming along!
