I have to say, these early color roundies are beautiful sets. And this is a fine example of beauty.

Although the cabinet is in good condition, it doesn't impress me all that much as operation of the set. I know a lady at work who has a 20s-30s console AM and shortwave radio. She keeps the cabinet immaculate, but the radio doesn't work (probably needs a recapping and it'll be up and running in no time) Don't get me wrong though, I definately want a nice cabinet, but I want picture perfect operation from the set, whether radio or TV. I have an RCA 95T5 tabletop prewar AM radio and the chassis looks beautiful, and the radio sounds better than any modern AM radio I've ever used, since I've restored it. I still have to refinish the cabinet.

I hope this set gets a loving home and a loving restorer that gets this set operating as good as it looks.
