Yes, those are the two caps that are probably giving you trouble, the 50uF cap can be replaced with a 47uF, as they are almost the same, the industry switched over to the slightly different values for a reason that has slipped my mind. You should also be able to replace the 8uF with a 10. If you replace these two little caps, you should have a nice fully working set on your hands.
