Set the camera to 1/60 of a second, or 2/60th, 3/60th, etc. The vertical scan rate is 1/60 sec, so any multiple of 1/60 sec should work. Best results if you happen to start the exposure during a vertical interval and end it at the next vertical interval. Else you may see a light or dark band in the picture. It's pretty much random timing if it's a handheld (or tripod) camera with your finger on the shutter button though....
