Tnx guys for your sage advice. I ended up rewinding the 1B3 heater winding with some inner conductor from some RG-58 coax. I found some anode lead but it was too large in diamater the '58 fit great and I was able to make the leads a little longer so I could get them away from the donut. While I had the flyback out I wire brushed the chaiss and gave it a lite coating of gray hammertone paint. It was really rusty. My wife was nice enough to make up some reproduction of the labels that go on the back end of the set. It's all back together and working well like a daily watcher should. So It's coming along nicly just few minor issues to deal with.
