I was looking around here, and spotted a CTC-15. It doesn't appear to be working, and I'm not sure what could be wrong with it. I don't have a way to test the CRT. I haven't gone to see it yet.

My question is, what can I expect to pay for one of these working, and non working?

I was thinking of negotiating a price, but I don't want to give him too much, and i don't want to insult the seller either.

Any thoughts?
