you'd be surprised at how uneducated some people are about those kind of things. my father (who was born in 41 so he's seen some vintage sets) actually tried to talk me out of buying my Magnavox because he thought it was too dangerous! he said he wouldnt even have one in his house let alone work on it or have someone look at it!
