Westinghouse had their 15" color set out just before RCA had the CT100. There were a few others that followed. i remember finding a Sams for a late 50's roundie... i think it was from 57.
You mentioned this set being heavy. Funny to think they use those skinny looking legs to hold it up! Kinda reminds me of Jeff Foxworthy talking about TV in the old days... having a 500 pound set sitting on top of a TV tray!
