Yeah, it does have a small neck. Are the CRTs hard to come by? Can I also have the cabinet refished? mine is a rust bucket.
One more thing, on your site you had a phone on the table you had some of your TVs on. Was it a Western Electric? And do you know of any forums for Western Electric phones?
