It was an auction of stuff from an old TV repairman. There was about 50-60 TV's mostly late 40's and early 50's but they were all missing parts. All were missing knobs, most missing CRT's, backs and some tubes.
The projectors were the most expensive sets, a few sets brought $2 each, the majority the auctioneer couldn't get .50 each. At the end of the auction there were about 45 sets left, I could have had them all for $20 if I had a place to stack them. I did buy one set an RCA 6T54 with the matching base unit for $2. That's where I picked up the roundie Zenith I posted pictures of. (also cost $2)
