Actually, Emmett's fix-it shop is what Floyd's barber shop was turned into in the last season. I believe the TV shop was the strorefront located just camera left of the barber shop.

That thing intrigued me for a long time because it looked like the drawers were too shallow for one of them to accomodate a tuntable. I finally caught an episode in which Opie is playing records which revealed the truth: it is indeed a combo...with fake drawer pulls. The phono is concealed under an inconspicuous lid.

It wasn't a 16 inch?

In later seasons there's a continuity problem concerning the Ziffel TV set: the closeups were a stock shot of the round-tubed RCA set, but in the wide shots we see a rectangular GE TV set of perhaps a year or two later vintage.
