Chuck, the dims are 37-1/2 wide, 46 high, and 28 deep including the bumpy-out part.

The crt is mounted on a cool slide-out mount that rides in rails aattached to the top. I moved this one with the crt in but the chasssis removed. It was heavy even that way.
