I actually checked the B+ points in the sound section, and after I read your post I checked those two resistors and they are within range and no shorts. I certainly hope there is no short, because it is no where to be found. A good sign of a draw is decreased B+, so once I get the thermister and the AC line supression capacitor I'll measure and see if it's within range.
