I had a problem with a shipment arriving damaged a while back. Due to, let's say inadequate packaging, the insurance wouldn't pay, but the seller was charged back by PayPal and I received a refund. I was out the cost of return shipping, but I didn't get hurt as bad as I might have. The seller was livid and called me every name in the book, even tried to collect on the insurance on the return trip. The PayPal "balance of power" is tilted heavily towards buyers, so you should have an out if there is a problem.
