I have a big old SABA Frieburg from 1953 or so that was talking to me from the basement of this antique store..I was reluctant to get it, but took a chance, took it to Terry, & now I'm VERY glad I did ! Old feller plays great & has wonderful sound. Yeah SABA was/is a German company...Along w/Grundig, Emud, & maybe a couple others, they made high quality table sets. They had FM before it was really popular. I don't think you'd be disappointed if you get the SABA...Yeah, it'll undoubtedly need some work, but methinks you'll have quite a treasure to be proud of...
