As far as I know, the Philips K4 was not sold to the public. When colour television starts in Europe in 1967, the actual Philips colour tv sets use the K6 chassis. The K4 was exported to Canada. Some of the remainig sets were fitted with a PAL decoder and were given to Philips engineers and workers. But they were not sold to the public.
No colour roundie was offered in Europe.
