ok here are some pics..of the bad tube next to the rebuilt tube..
i asked scotty if he liked rebuilding these..he said no!!
and told me to tell anyone else if interested that the cost would be around 450.00-500.00.. i waited about a year..
i have installed the tube everything is great.. but no.. like eric H have no color..heh..i have a ton of controls to replace that are bad in the front of the chassis.. and blue is badly bowed down.. tells me something else is wrong in convergence area..
i could not get .39 mfd caps for convergence circuit so used .33
at a higher voltage rating..this chassis needs so much attention..
the first pic is of the tube in operation..with crosshatch,cant see the badly bowed vert lines in this pic thou..(left to right lines),i know it is a problem with the vert conv circuit..

I am hoping that it is not a problem with the rebuild.anyone else care to comment on this problem?.. bigtime blue bow..looks like blue is frowning,and no controls correct it..
..it seems i get problems after problems with this chassis,i hate to take the yoke and everything off and stuff it on the 21fb22 to see if i get the same results.. but i may do it..
