Thanks Tony! I usually never take on something in bad cosmetic shape, as I am an originality nut! Something that bad is just parts to me most of the time.
This one being a Crosley, and the age as well as partial working condition made me restore it.
Heck, I even left the added-on tone control and phone jack that the previous owner installed many years ago.
Someone must have really liked this tv to hang on to it until now, they probably passed on and the kids tossed it when cleaning up..
