From a 1955 Herald-Tribune TV listing. Note the channel numbers.
My set was sold in central Indiana. The knob numbers are out of order, but a different order than yours. Soon as I find a TV Guide from 1950 from Muncie, Indiana I'll verify it against the channel knob. Might not be an easy find.
