Opinions on LCD TV's?

What do you all think about those new LCD TV's (15" or so size). I think one of them is a Sharp or Samsung Aquos?? I hope they don't replace CRT's till they have improved the technology...in the store the video looks like it has digital artifacts in it, like it is made up of blocks...the CRT tv's on display had a normal looking picture.

I have a 20" Sharp Aquos in my office. Most folks think it's the best thing since sliced bread. As for me, I always think the screen is dirty, but its not. Must be some of those 'artifacts'.

I bought a Samsung 15 inch LCD monitor/tv for my parents a few months ago. The picture is different of course from a CRT but it still has a very good picture in my opinion. I bought the monitor with a built in tuner for about $300 cheaper than the regular Samsung 15 inch LCD TV. I thought the picture looks just as good on the monitor screen. However, the Packers still lose when watching that set!
