My first post in Transistor Radio Forum - Russian Selena B215 find

Hi.
I've never had a need to visit this part of AK before........

I picked up a Russian Selena B215. The FM doesn't work but I've read of a few with the same issue that seems to be caused by dry capacitors. The other bands all work fine.
details
LW (148-285 kHz), BC (525-1607 kHz), SW5 (5.95-7.30 MHz), SW4 (9.50-9.77 MHz), SW3 (11.7-12.1 MHz), SW2 (15.1-15.45 MHz) and SW1 (17.7-17.9 MHz) bands. (Numbering follows bandswitch markings). FM (87.5-108.0 MHz) band. Power consumption when operated from AC mains not more than 5 W. Current consumption when operating from batteries for average sound volume 60-70 mA.
