Blaupunkt Sultan

Hi guys - I bought this Sultan on a local internet auction. It looked quite good in the pix but was actually rather dirty externally and absolutely filthy inside - I think it had spent most of its life just above a deep fat fryer in someone's kitchen! Anyway I stripped it down, gave the cabinet a good scrub and cleaned most of the muck off the PC board with isopropyl alcohol and a big paintbrush. Rebuilt and replaced a couple of cathode bypass electros and seems OK. Main filter C's are good. Goes very well with good sound (1 large moving coil spkr and 2 electrostatics!) but hopelessly off frequency and sound gets very distorted after 5 mins or so. Final power amp (ECL86/6GW8) goes into thermal runaway! Not leaking thru coupling C from triode. Tube on order to be picked up tonight (suspect cathode/grid short) but cannot find a schematic anywhere to sort out the alignment. If anyone has a schematic I' be very greatful. I cannot read the model number completely as it has faded but looks like 23xxxx.
