Need Zenith pic/info

This post is directed primarily to compucat and drh4683, but maybe someone else can help too. I need the model number of the 1964 Zenith Roundie featured in Compucat's avatar (and Drh has one in his collection). A nice clear hi-res front-photo would be a help. If possible, a photo of the knobs behind the front metal door as well. But at the very least, the model number and/or some other absolute ID.

I've been talking to a guy who thinks he may have one, but he's not computer enabled in any way (no internet, digital photography, etc). If I can print off a good photo and snail-mail it to him, he can check. He's not so gung-ho about sending me a photo. May just be a wild goose chase too. It's a 15-hour drive, so there's no easy way to just go look at it, I'd have to make the sale and make a trip. Don't want to do than on a "close, but no cigar" lookalike.

Any help/info would be appreciated, thanks.

Sams' index has several 5219 models, no 5219UD.

We're probably talking #757-4, maybe 722-4. Anybody have either sheet? I don't yet. Is the set pictured on the cover exactly the right one?

5219R : 757-4
5219RD : 757-4
5219RU1 : 722-4
5219RUD : 757-4
5219W : 757-4
5219WD : 757-4
5219WU : 757-4
5219WU1 : 722-4
5219WUD : 757-4

Thanks.

I have 757-4. Not a real great photo on the front; it shows model 6226WUD, a Space Command console. The chassis is 25MC30/25MC33-I'm not positive which one since there are some in the 5219 series in both columns.

I have a 25MC30 set, a bottom-of-the-line metal cabinet console. Good sets.

Thanks for the help. Drh's site is blocked at work (they're fairly nazi about that). On checking it at home, he has an excellent shot of the TV in question. I've printed it and will snailmail it out next week.
