Without a model number on that sticker can't tell. However it appears to be a 1950's or possibly early '60's AA5 like a zillion others. Replace the filter caps and the paper caps and you're done.
Edit: shux, Spiteful Old Cuss beat me to it!

It appears to be a Philco G-822:
http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/philco_g_822.html Here is a link to the schematic, which requires the "DJVU" plugin to view: http://techpreservation.dyndns.org/s..._G822_114.djvu Just in case, a somewhat lower resolution copy is included in this message. My father bought one for my mother as a wedding present. Don't worry, he bought her a ring and other hardware as well! I grew up listening to the Met Opera broadcasts on Saturday afternoons on this radio until they moved to the FM band. I still have it, along with a sales brochure (a later acquisition). Mine is a pale yellow color, with big cracks in the top over the 35W4 and 50C5 tubes. Just an ordinary AA5 with PCB construction, but will do for AM listening as well as any other. Possibly not rare, but I don't think I have ever seen another one... Good luck! |

As a kid, the Saturday met broadcasts were a staple at our house and at my grandpa's. "Texaco presents the Metropolitan Opera"...Milton Cross.
