7 new sets added to the collection

Yall may be wondering whats with the sudden display of newly acquired sets here in the past week. Four of us (DaveWM, AUdubon5425, radiotvnut and I) met up in South Carolina and finished cleaning out a TV distributor/sales/service center.
Between the 4 of us we saved over 4 tons of sets. The travel distance for me was 2350 miles each way and I hauled 2100 lbs of sets and parts home.

This should keep me busy for about the next 5 years.

Left, Zenith roundie with 9" Packard Bell Japan made all tube BW on top.
Middle, Truetone roundie. The crt was gassy so I removed it to save weight. H2 Porta Color on top
Right, CTC7 Delux remote set. Works but very weak crt, I have a new FJP to replace the CYP thats in there.

1973 Hybird Packard Bell 'Bondage' Style set. This goes with the leather and chrome decor. Its new old stock. I had to have to have it because its such a unique cabinet.

RCA CTC19 metal cabinet. 1968 Packard Bell solid state tuner on top. Even thought this set is kinda trashed, I always wanted one. Same thing with the cross hatch tuner. Its just cool. Came out of a PB combo.

I'm officially jealous.

I need to come up and see your television menagerie sometime.

Years ago, I found a CTC-19 set just like that at a yard sale. I asked the sellers if they had any really old TV stuff, and they took me in the house and showed this to me. Bought it for $5. Replaced a 6GH8, and the color came to life. Right before I moved back to Asheville from Atlanta, I put a rebuilt CRT in it, and sold it. I know that it ran for almost 5 years for the next owner.

A remote CTC-7 - now that's something I'd really like to find!

That find, in general...I'm speechless!

I like that Truetone myself. Wells-Gardner? Part of me is very jealous, the other part says "hey, dummy, you don't have room for the 100+ sets you've got!"

That Packard Bell stereo looks very similar to the one in the combo I brought to the ARCI meet in 2009.

That's a '65-'66 combo - the first PB rectangular color sets. They were built well.
