Oh boy, does that hit close to home! I am the master of starting a project and then starting another one and not finishing any one. I have gotten a little better because I now at least put back together something I have disassembled... because I loose too many parts

Well, I decided to wake up the world's worst converged CTC-5 just for the occasion!



Don't pick on the set too much, it has looked better, and will again!

My '67 Zenith color did pretty well, considering the convergence is way out on the right hand side.....

You guys are too critical on yourselves. You have a bright, full picture so the major parts of the set are just fine! Maybe you can have a convergence party one afternoon

The convergence board on my Zenith has one pot with a dangling slug and a coil of wire that's kind of half unwound, accounting for my poor convergence on the right hand side. Just awaiting a replacement from one of the members

That, and the test pattern CD I ordered from the ETF site......
