CT 100 Plastic Yoke Cover Problem

The plastic cover on the back of my CT 100 yoke is deteriorating and falling off. It doesn't look like anything is damaged as a result of this. The white plastic cover on the front of the yoke is OK. Is this a problem and is this plastic cover available ?
