1982 Sears Channel Touch 19" model 562.42181250 issue

Picked this up the other day. Tested and came on for about 2-3 see ones with sound then immediately off with no sound and the rainbow colored spots on the screen that take several minutes to go away. Turning it off and back on lasted maybe a second and right back off with the same colors on screen. I've never seen anything like this before. Anyone know what's going on with this one?
