I have a 621, but have never even seen a Danish Modern Predicta in real life.

I have a 621TS but at the rate they are showing up lately on ebay and other auctions, they don't seem quite as rare as they used to be. Whereas the Danish Modern you might be lucky and see one/year or less up for auction, seems more rare to me

I've seen both in the flesh, and own a blonde 621TS. The Philco is probably rarer.

I have a 621, a Predicta Pedestal, a couple Holidays and a Debutante but not the Predicta Continental.

A beat up (but restorable) cabinet and chassis with no head went for over $400 or so a while back on eBay.

I have a 621TS, but never had an opportunity to acquire a Predicta "Continental". I did see one in person and they are impressive with a nice compact cabinet. They're a text-book example of mid-century design too.
As stated earlier, the 621's have proved not to be quite as rare as once believed. Make no mistake though, they're far from abundant, especially nice original examples.
I must add though that I would choose the 621TS over the Predicta. In my opinion, taking into consideration size, style, and performance, it wins the tittle of the best vintage TV.

I currently own both of these sets. Back in the 80s I really got into vintage TVs and at one point I probably owned about 20 various sets including two Danish Moderns. That said I eventually paired it all down to just 3 sets that I still own to this day. That being a dark finish clean RCA 621ts, an OK shape RCA 630ts (on an original RCA stand, w/630 up top and 621 on the lower deck) and a clean Danish Modern Predicta. It seems the Danish Moderns show up considerably less often than 621s these days, but my 621 is still my favorite even over my "birth year" Predicta. Still, blonde (specifically) 621s might be as rare as the Moderns, maybe more so at least from what i've seen. More info then you asked for, haha!

I have a blonde 621, it's not finished being electronically restored yet though.

My 621 was electronically restored about 25 years ago and still performers amazingly well. You can't believe you're watching a 70 year old TV!

I own neither. They are too darn expensive for my taste. The most I've ever paid for a set was $420 for a CTC-4, and that I'll actually watch regularly when it's fixed since it is color (I don't watch much monochrome shows so I don't use monochrome sets much).

Never have cared too much for Perditions, heard too many horror stories about them, altho I guess its pretty safe to assume that the survivors out there didn't/don't have problems. I have a dark 621, that I really need to take to Terry at some point.

I don't have any predictas but I do want one. I restored a 621 I bought at the ETF auction a couple years ago and its works very well. It is my favorite BW set.
