The little shield-shaped bright object looks like the Zenith logo. I don't know if they were ever active in Brazil.
Of note, the distinct tight corners of the CRT remind me of Zenith sets of the era, too.

Zenith did export to Europe so it could be a Zenith, though several aspects of the control layout don't look like any Zenith I've ever seen.
