This is one of those sets that was up for aution at the right time. Someone wanted that set bad. It has a somewhat unusual cabinet, but is rather large and plain. I passed one up for a few hundred dollars not long ago. $500 maybe, but $1200! Wow!

I know the buyer, I've bought many sets from him.
He's a not a newbie to collecting TV's so he must have a reason, guess I'll have to ask him

Just wanted to say that I have enjoyed your web site for some time now Eric! You have a great collection. Pardon my oponion on the Motorola. Looking back, I actually wish I would have grabbed the one I passed up on!
